I haven't been traveling very much due to wedding planning. I did go to Atlanta for my grandmother's 90th birthday. I flew out of SFO at 11:15pm The flight was originally scheduled for 10:15pm. Then I got in around 7am. It was a go-go weekend.
I've been to Newport Beach before, so this was my second trip to "OC". Yes, I've seen the tv show OC a few times. Our server at brunch was pretty made up, but other than that, it wasn't as "OC" as I had imagined it to be. There was a magazine that I saw called Orange Coast, I think that was pretty "OC" looking. Of course, tv tends to over dramatize things. I did see a lot of carwash places in LA. Very interesting.
The past week I've been going to bed at 1am. I know, crazy. After the marathon, I've been focused on wedding planning. It's quite addictive doing bargain wedding research. Well, I still have to focus on my class. I have 2 more classes for the semester and then I'm done. I'm also taking a break from volunteering. The sites I've been using for wedding planning are:

I've been MIA from blogging because I've been wedding planning. It's official Luke and Lorelai are getting married. It's been exhausting. I usually go to sleep at 10pm. The past 2.5 months, I've been going to bed at midnight and I was training for a marathon. Well, the marathon is behind me now. I can focus on wedding stuff now. Here's a sweet note from Luke:
Luke and I are heading down to Monterey tomorrow for the Big Sur marathon. Just Lorelai running. Luke will still be in bed. I've never been to Big Sur before, so looking forward to visiting a new place, but not looking forward to the race. I'm quite nervous actually. It suppose to be one of the most scenic marathon course.
